The questionnaire respondent does not agree to the definition/description of Risk Ref Number {{ $risk_ref_no }} or associated Control Ref Number {{ $control_ref_no }} for RSCA Ref Number {{ $rcsa_ref_no }} for your Department ID {{ $department_id }}.

You can make changes and submit the risk/control again. In that case all respondents who have already responded to the questionnaire have to review the changes and submit their responses again. Alternatively you can submit the risk/control again without making any changes and notify the responded who disagreed to submit their response to the already created risk/control.
